A subset of instances have received the rollback and engineers have confirmed that customers on these instances are no longer impacted as of 16:00 UTC. We will remove these instances from this posting and receive a separate Trust posting detailing their specific start and end times. The team is continuing to perform the rollback on the remaining impacted instances.

It has also been confirmed that this issue only impacts a limited number of recipes. Recipes for some customers may run as expected

The team believes this issue impacts all Salesforce sandbox environments, and we have updated this posting to reflect all impacted instances. The rollback has been tested on one instance, which was successful. The rollback is now underway, in a staggered manner, across all impacted instances. Customers will gradually see signs of improvement as the rollback is completed.

The team is confident that the rollback of the recent configuration will bring customers out of impact. They are prepping the rollback for one instance to test that this resolves the issue. We do not have an estimated time for the rollback to be completed on all instances at this moment.

We are investigating a feature degradation impacting Salesforce Analytics. Customers are seeing “Recipes” failing with errors. This issue currently only impacts sandbox instances. Initial investigations point to a recent change as the likely trigger of the issue. The engineering team is rolling back this change, and will monitor to see if this action resolves the impact.
