The Salesforce Technology team continues to restart services where errors have been seen. Rolling restarts have been successful with performance restored to services once rolling restarts have been completed. Agent services remain impacted at present and the team continues to work through the logistics of finalizing restarts for these services.

At 03:00 UTC, March 16, 2025: The Salesforce Technology team began investigating a performance degradation issue impacting multiple instances following maintenance activity. At present, we have identified that Chat services may be affected and investigations are ongoing. Customers may also experience certification errors across multiple features when trying to use Salesforce services.
