Between 02:17 UTC and 10:06 UTC on April 6, 2025, customers on NA249 experienced a feature disruption impacting Salesforce Chat and Search. This issue was communicated to customers here: https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/10014038.

Further investigation determined that records modified during the disruption impact time were incorrectly indexed. Customers running queries or searching for data that was updated or created during this time frame may fail and return zero records. The team has identified a solution to index the records and is working to resolve the issue; however, this will take an extended period of time.
