Marketing Cloud Engagement Degradation

We’ve implemented a solution to resolve the issue causing the performance degradation. Initial results indicate that the feature is working as expected. Engineers continue to monitor the situation closely. We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

We are currently working on rebooting a subset of unhealthy backend services where errors have been identified. We will then validate whether this has had a positive result and implement this mitigation step across the remaining impacted databases.

At 21:00 UTC on April 13, a subset of customers on Stack 13 began experiencing a performance degradation impacting Marketing Cloud Engagement. Some customers may experience intermittent log-in issues or see 500 errors when using the service. Due to the intermittent nature of the issue, it was not detected by monitoring until several hours after the impact start time.
