Customers hosted on Salesforce first-party infrastructure may intermittently experience CRM Analytics recipes failing. At 09:18 UTC on August 24, 2025, the Salesforce Technology team began receiving alerts indicating that the CRM Analytics service was intermittently unavailable for customers hosted on Salesforce's first-party infrastructure. The team has identified the root cause and is performing the necessary steps to remediate this issue. Some CRM Analytics customers may be unable to use their analytics functionality due to recipes failing. Remediation efforts are currently in progress, and an update will be provided upon completion or if new information becomes available.
