Performance Degradation

We have identified a recent release as the likely trigger for the high database CPU and other symptoms impacting the JPN132 instances. A rollback has been initiated to address the issue. We are monitoring the rollback progress.

At 06:33 UTC, on August 25, 2025, we became aware of a performance degradation impacting the instance. Customers can access the Salesforce service during a performance degradation, but some functionality within the service may not be available or may be running at optimal performance. Customers can experience general and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues.
