MuleSoft Feature Disruption

We've identified that the issue preventing some customers from accessing the Runtime Manager service was caused by a recent change in network traffic routing. This change has been paused, and we are working to revert traffic routing to its previous configuration.

Investigations have highlighted that the impact radius is broader than initially understood. and Design Center in the US and EU regions, and Anypoint Manager in the EU region are also experiencing impact. Customers may experience issues managing or deploying applications through the UI, including Runtime Manager and API Designer.

We are actively monitoring the service and will provide an update once access is fully restored.

We are investigating an issue impacting Runtime Manager in the US region. Some customers may encounter a “browser not supported” message when attempting to access Runtime Manager across all browsers. The ability to deploy through the UI is affected, and other UI functionality is still under assessment.
We are working to identify the trigger of the issue.
