MuleSoft service disruption

During validation, the RPA team identified 5xx errors. The team is reviewing recently added network components and assessing whether any required components are missing. Once the fix is applied. Additional validation and testing will commence.

This work is ongoing and may require additional time. We'll provide a further update once validation is complete and service stability is confirmed.

Following infrastructure approvals, we have successfully restored the missing network Components. We’re waiting for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team to validate. The application PODs may undergo rolling restarts to fully activate the restored components.

We are currently investigating login issues affecting some customers in the US-EAST-1 region when accessing MuleSoft services. We've identified a few network components ‌that were inadvertently deleted during a recent deployment. We are working through the approval process to implement the fix.
