At 07:00 UTC on February 21, 2026, a performance degradation began impacting OmniChannel services on multiple Salesforce instances. As a result, a subset of users are unable to log in to OmniChannel. Additionally, some users are experiencing issues with OmniSupervisor access being unavailable, and real-time message updates aren't functioning as expected.
We are investigating an authentication service issue that is preventing successful connections between services. We have initiated service restarts to restore functionality and are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
