We’ve completed the rollback and the backlog of email synching is processing. There is a significant backlog of email synching that needs to be processed, and this may take up to 24 hours to complete across all impacted instances. We are adding additional capacity to try to reduce this timing. We have also identified a subset of Data Cloud customers that may have been impacted with their Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) use. Affected Data Cloud instances have also received the rollback and the backlog is processing, which is expected to take approximately 5 hours to complete.

As of 14:28 UTC, March 30, we are investigating a feature disruption affecting customers using Einstein Activity Capture (EAC). Some users with emails synced via EAC are experiencing a long delay in seeing emails reflecting on the record home page activity timeline. We believe a recent change may be the cause of the issue and we're undertaking a rollback to try to restore service as quickly as possible.
