We're aware of a performance degradation impacting Commerce Cloud development environments. As a result, a subset of customers may experience significant slowness when accessing Business Manager, with pages taking several minutes to load. Some pages may not render correctly, and sessions may time out or return errors. Development activities, such as reviewing promotions or content prior to production deployment, may be delayed as a result. This issue is specific to development environments. Production environments aren’t impacted. We're currently investigating the cause of this issue.
