We’re aware of a performance degradation impacting certain Salesforce services. While Salesforce services are still accessible, users whose traffic is routed through a specific global infrastructure provider whose private network supports a subset of government agencies may experience intermittent delays, timeouts, or connectivity issues. We're investigating the issue and will provide an update within 30 minutes.

We’re aware of an issue affecting .mil network connectivity to some Salesforce GovCloud environments. Customers using affected network paths may be unable to access Salesforce services or may experience intermittent connectivity.
We’ve engaged the global infrastructure provider for a subset of government agencies to investigate the issue further and are monitoring for recovery.
We’ll provide another update when there is a significant development.
