This incident has been resolved.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We narrowed down the issue to AWS CloudFront and tried to call the AWS team for support.
We found the error happened more frequently around 50% of failures.
We actively monitored and found the 403 error started to occur but less frequently. it will cause partial Australian Candidates not to be able to complete Ci and Vi. (EU and US regions are working well). We continue to look into solutions.
