The datacenter field team resolved the switch issue and restored all servers to online status. The incident lasted 24 hours and was fully resolved with continued monitoring to ensure stability.

After the initial troubleshooting and investigation sessions, the data center field team informed us that the entire rack was unavailable. Consequently, all servers in the rack were powered down during the incident.
The data center field team has since resolved the issue, and all servers are now back online.
