The access and performance issues affecting Room Booking have now been resolved. Thank you for your patience during this time.

The team are now working on the outstanding post maintenance issues as previously communicated.

We are currently experiencing an outage to the Room Booking application. Our team are working on this as a matter of urgency as well as the ongoing post maintenance issues previously communicated.

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing some issues with our Room Booking and Parents Meetings products following the maintenance on Tuesday.

Room Booking, Parents Meeting, Meet the Teacher and Clubs & Events SSO Authentication is currently unavailable for LDAP customers
Room Booking SSO Authentication is currently unavailable for SAML customers
A workaround is to utilise "Username/Password" authentication in the interim whilst this is being investigated by our internal teams.

Syncing to your MIS and SIMs Extract tool are now available for use.
