Outage Details

We are currently experiencing errors in the ingestion and processing of student course data. As a result, tasks handling student_courses.csv, historical_student_courses.csv, and current_year_student_courses.csv are not running. We’ve identified the root cause, and a fix—requiring a deployment and database migration—is scheduled for this evening. These files will continue to encounter errors for the remainder of the day. We will provide an update tomorrow, May 7, once the fix has been deployed.

While we continue to apply the database patch for these errors we are going to continue to intentionally pause the processing of the the following files: student_courses.csv, historical_student_courses.csv, and current_year_student_courses.csv. We presently anticipate re-enabling the processing of these files on the May 8th. Please note that the course planning module is still available and student taken courses are available in student plans.
