Update: Partial Restoration of Service
Most services have been restored and the platform is largely operating normally. However, AWS continues to report ongoing issues with some infrastructure which impacts some background processes. As a result, batch transcript processing, certain data workflows, and SFTP authentication may still experience failures or delays.
We are monitoring closely and will provide further updates as AWS works toward full resolution.
We are continuing to experience service degradation due to a widespread outage impacting multiple AWS services. Our team has investigated and tested all available alternatives to mitigate the issue, but given the nature of the outage, there are no effective workarounds at this time.
The site remains online and accessible; however, users may notice slower performance, intermittent issues, or degraded functionality in certain areas of the platform. This is a direct result of underlying dependencies (such as networking and service resolution) being affected by the AWS incident.
We want to reassure you that our engineering team has been actively monitoring and testing options throughout the event. After exhausting the available paths, the most reliable approach at this time is to keep current services running while we monitor the health of AWS’s infrastructure and await their full restoration.
We are in close alignment with AWS communications and will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available. In the meantime, please note that any new deployments or scaling operations may be delayed until normal service is restored.
