DNS provider outage

We are pleased to announce that the issue affecting our DNS services has been successfully resolved. Our team deployed a critical update involving a change to our DNS nameservers. This update has now fully propagated across major DNS providers, including Google DNS, Cloudflare, OpenDNS, and Quad9, among others.

We have identified an issue with our main DNS registrar, causing slow or failed DNS resolution for all scorechain.com domains. This might affect your ability to access our application and API smoothly.

Temporary Solution:

If you urgently need access and are comfortable making system changes, you can temporarily override your DNS settings by modifying your /etc/hosts file with the following entries:

46.22.203.16 app.scorechain.com
46.22.203.16 api.scorechain.com
46.22.203.16 connect.scorechain.com
