Email delivery status not properly reflected in eSign

This incident has been resolved, and email delivery statuses are now accurately reflecting the status of all email deliveries.
Please note that the timestamps of deliveries made during the disruption may not reflect the actual delivery time and may instead show a later timestamp.
Timestamps for all new deliveries will be correctly displayed moving forward.

We have identified an issue where the email delivery status in Scrive eSign may not accurately reflect the actual delivery status of eSign email messages.
