We have identified the issue, and some GateMangers with SMS services are functional again with a temporary fix. We are still working on a permanent solution.

Critical Outage detected:
Our SMS service is currently unavailable due to hardware issues.
We recommend disabling MFA and instead using a certificate and password to access the GateManager Service.
We are investigating the issue.
