What’s Happening:
With the new 9.8 release, some older Chrome extensions, Windows agents, and macOS agents won’t work fully and need to be updated to keep everything running smoothly.
What Could Break:
1. Sites Accessed – Outdated extensions and agents won’t show websites students visit.
2. Student Count – Outdated extensions and agents may show fewer students in attendance.
What You Need to Do:
• Chrome Extension: Updates automatically every 5 hours. For a faster update, just log out and back into Chrome.
• Windows Agent: Updates every 15 minutes. You can also install the newest version through your system management tools.
• macOS Agent: The latest version is available for MDM installation.
Heads-Up:
We’ve enforced an immediate extension update, potentially causing temporary slowdowns as updates propagate.
