We are aware of reports of missing messages from the Seesaw application that impacted some users on May 8, 13, 14 for brief periods of time, approximately over a total period of 6hrs spread over those 3 days. We have identified the root cause and are working on impact metrics to recover any messages that are missing from / sent during the impacted time periods.

Due to an infrastructure outage, messages sent during the following time periods were not successfully delivered, but all other messages should be visible/working as expected.
- May 8th, 12:15PT - 14:30PT
- May 9th: 13:30PT - 15:30PT
- May 13th: 10:00PT - 11:00PT
- May 14th: 8:15PT - 11:30PT

If you don't see your sent message from May 8, 13, or 14 in your Inbox, you can re-send the message and it should now deliver as expected. We will continue to monitor and will reach out to users who were impacted by this issue with further information.
