Outage Details

In order to ensure the highest quality of service, CloudRX will be carrying out an upgrade to their infrastructure this weekend. If you have integrated with CloudRx, you will still able to create your prescriptions within your Semble account as normal. However during the period of Saturday 4th January 8:00am to Monday 6th January at 9:00am, please do not send any prescription to CloudRx as they won't be in a position to receive them successfully. If you have any question, our customer support team will be happy to assist at support@semble.io.
