For shipments announced with DHL eCommerce Benelux, it could be that an incorrect tracking status (eg. Returned to sender) was assigned immediately after label creation. Please note that the incorrect tracking status update comes from DHL directly. We reached out to the carrier with urgency and we will share further updates on the resolution soon. ____ Voor zendingen die met DHL eCommerce Benelux zijn aangekondigd, kan het zijn dat er direct na het aanmaken van het label een onjuiste traceerstatus (bijv. Retour afzender) is toegekend. Houd er rekening mee dat de onjuiste trackingstatus update rechtstreeks van DHL komt. We hebben met spoed contact opgenomen met de vervoerder en zullen binnenkort meer updates geven over de oplossing.
