Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue where UPS direct contract activation fails due to error "Invalid credentials. Please contact the carrier to double check the credentials if the issue persists". This issue is affecting only direct-contract/SaaS users. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.
