As a temporary workaround, Twilio SendGrid Unified Account users can submit support tickets via https://help.twilio.com/

We are still investigating this issue affecting SendGrid users to create new support tickets over the SendGrid portal (Twilio console is not affected). Our engineering team is actively investigating this issue and we will provide more updates as soon as they become available.

As a temporary workaround, Twilio SendGrid Unified Account users can submit support tickets via https://help.twilio.com/, or raise a chat support request too.
