MONITORING 8 days ago - at 10/26/2026 02:25PM

We are aware of an issue affecting some Shift4 One and Duo devices that may cause the displayed time to be incorrect. Transactions will continue to process normally. What you need to know:

1. Please do not change the device timezone or other time settings. Changing these settings may prevent the device from processing transactions.
2. No action is required if your device is displaying the incorrect time.
3. The correct time will be restored automatically when the permanent update is deployed. Our team is actively working to resolve the display issue as quickly as possible.

If you have already changed the time or time zone settings and your device is no longer processing transactions, please contact Shift4 Support for assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
