We’re currently observing a degradation affecting order registration for Aramex AU/NZ from around 09:20 AM (AEST). Approximately 20–30% of labelling requests for Aramex AU may fail at this time.
The Aramex AU/NZ API has been returning 400 status codes, and response times have increased to 35–45 seconds, contributing to these failures.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as more information becomes available.
