We wanted to give you a heads-up that our carrier partner Allied Express is currently experiencing a nationwide Telstra mobile network outage, which is impacting some of their PDA devices.
Some users may encounter delays to live tracking updates, Proof of Delivery notifications and real-time delivery status updates for Allied Express deliveries.
Deliveries are continuing, and Allied Express is working to minimise any disruption where possible.
