We are investigating intermittent errors when searching for pickup and drop-off points (PUDO) for some carriers, including InPost, Evri, Magyar Posta, PostNord, DHL Parcel DE and DPD NL. The issue started at 20:24 CEST. Affected users may see an empty or failed pickup point list in checkout widgets or when creating shipments. Label creation and home delivery shipments are not affected. We will share an update within 30 minutes.
