Between 19:54 PM and 20:17 PM UTC on May 6 2024 our networking provider, Cloudflare, conducted routing changes on their end, which led to the partial outage and errors merchants and users saw Shopify-wide. We immediately scaled up our systems in response and contacted Cloudflare, who rolled back the changes they made on their end.
