We have implemented a fix, and the issue affecting SIM cards starting with 89103 in North America, South America, and parts of Europe has been resolved. New PDP sessions should now establish successfully.

Our engineers will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure stability. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please try the following:
• Reboot your device
• Perform a “Reset Connection” action in the dashboard

Our investigation has progressed, and we have identified that only SIM cards starting with 89103, deployed in North America, South America, and som countries of Europe, are affected by the issue preventing new PDP sessions. Existing sessions remain unaffected.

In collaboration with our core network partners, our engineers are actively working to resolve the issue. The impact appears to be related to a touchpoint with one of our IMSI sponsors.
