Partial Outage - Video Playback Issues

Our upstream provider has implemented a fix. Videos are playing as expected. We are continuing to monitor.

The issue has been identified as an upstream provider where certain types of videos won't play properly on certain lesson types.

We're aware of the ongoing issue with playback issues on some video players some lesson types, and our engineering team is actively investigating. We are working diligently to uncover the root cause and restore services. We will update the status page as soon as we have identified the issue.
