SkyKick Engineering has identified that several SkyKick services are encountering random failures when attempting to access Microsoft EWS connection points for Public Folders. Microsoft is aware of this issue and is working to address these failures. Until Microsoft achieves resolution, some SkyKick services will be impacted. Specifically, Public Folder access for Cloud Backup subscriptions may be unable to connect and perform scheduled snapshots. Additionally, Public Folder sync functionality for V-Now migrations may see delays at scheduled cutover times. SkyKick Engineering is actively monitoring this situation in conjunction with Microsoft to expedite resolution. This incident will be updated when we receive viable information from Microsoft to report.
