A phone service outage is temporarily impacting inbound calls for the SkyKick Support team in the AMER region. Callers are unable to reach SkyKick Support during this time.
International Support numbers and other country-specific numbers are not affected.
All SkyKick automation and services will continue to operate as normal.
If you have an urgent issue with a migration that is scheduled to cutover in the next 24 hours or a Cloud Backup data restore issue, your email will be prioritized. Please include detailed information, including the customer, domain, and a brief synopsis of the issue.
