SkyKick Engineering has identified a degradation of Microsoft infrastructure that is impacting access to the Customer Self Service Portal (CSSP). Access to the CSSP will continue to be impacted until all Microsoft services are restored to full functionality. This incident will continue to be monitored and updated as more information becomes available.
