SkyKick Engineering is continuing to monitor impact from the Microsoft Azure incident that began at 21:56 UTC on 18 Jul 2024. Azure services in the Central US Region are continuing to recover slowly and all previous log in issues to the SkyKick Partner Portal should now be resolved.

However, Elastic Search functionality for Cloud Backup is still experiencing intermittent disruptions. SkyKick Engineering is working to restore full functionality to Elastic Search as the Azure incident continues to resolve. Updates will be provided as they become available and we appreciate your patience.
