We recently identified and resolved an issue impacting inbound MO replies, which temporarily affected the timely processing of some replies. We’ve now cleared the backlog and are actively monitoring our MO queues to ensure continued, seamless performance. Type: MO (Reply) Delays Impact: Customers may have experienced varied receipt times for a portion of MO replies from subscribers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
