Vodacom SA is currently experiencing a technical issue on one of their SMSCs. SMSPortal have rerouted all traffic in order to limit any impact to customers.

Impact: Customers may experience irregular delivery with inconsistent delivery times when sending messages to Vodacom SA.

Vodacom SA is still investigating the issue affecting one of their SMSCs. We have rerouted all traffic to their other SMSC and customers should not be impacted.
Once Vodacom confirms that the issue has been resolved, we’ll reintroduce the affected SMSC to restore redundancy.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates if needed.
