Current status: We've implemented the fix for this issue and monitored the environment to confirm that service was restored. If you continue to experience issues, delete the cache file manually and restart the application. Reference this document for more information about how to locate the cache file: https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/python-connector-example.html#modifying-the-ocsp-response-file-cache-location
Customer experience: A subset of customers hosted in the specified regions may have experienced delays while attempting to connect to Snowflake via some of the Snowflake connectors and drivers. The .NET driver should not have been affected by this issue.
