Preliminary root cause: An investigation determined that, following a recent infrastructure update, a subset of newly added machines experienced connectivity issues and were unable to communicate with other components.

Current status: Our preliminary investigation has identified that a critical metadata management service within our cloud services layer is failing. Immediate mitigation actions to restart the cluster have not provided relief, and we are continuing our analysis of affected components within the environment to isolate the source of the issue and identify recovery actions.
