Preliminary root cause: A third-party service provider experienced a networking issue that impacted a subset of their infrastructure which caused Snowflake customers to experience elevated warehouse resume times.
A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within ten business days.
Current status: We've coordinated with our third-party service provider, who has confirmed that the primary networking issue has been resolved. Recovery efforts are ongoing to restore service fully. As these actions continue, customers should see improvements in the performance of affected services.
