RESOLVED 10 months ago - at 07/10/2025 09:43PM

Current status: We monitored the environment and confirmed that the service has been restored. If you experience additional issues or have questions, please open a support case.

Customer experience: Customers hosted in the specified regions may have been unable to access or use Snowflake services and features using Snowsight.

Incident start time: 19:40 UTC July 10, 2025
Incident end time: 20:20 UTC July 10, 2025

Preliminary root cause: We determined that a recent feature implementation caused a performance degradation in a subset of infrastructure responsible for Snowsight. As part of the deployment process, traffic was temporarily rerouted; however, a misconfiguration prevented requests from being processed as expected and resulted in customers being unable to access the service.

A root cause analysis (RCA) document will be published within seven business days.

MONITORING 10 months ago - at 07/10/2025 09:01PM

We rerouted traffic through healthy infrastructure to mitigate impact, and we're continuing to monitor the environment until we're confident all services are functioning properly.

Customer experience: Customers hosted in the specified regions may have been unable to access or use Snowflake services and features using Snowsight.
