Preliminary root cause: A subset of infrastructure responsible for secure communication with Openflow runtimes experienced a certificate issue, which prevented connections to the affected Openflow runtimes

A root cause analysis (RCA) will be conducted and a summary will be made available within 5 business days.

Current status: We've implemented the fix for this issue across the affected regions, and we'll continue to monitor the environment until we're confident all services are functioning properly.

Runtimes may show as active, but opening the Openflow canvas may fail with errors saying the runtime is unavailable or that the connection was refused. Most existing data flows continue to process data, and other features that leverage Snowpark Container Services aren't affected by this issue.

We've applied a mitigation in a limited number of cases and are evaluating its effect. We're continuing to investigate the issue and will provide another update within 1 hour.

Existing data flows are not affected and continue to process data. Other features that leverage Snowpark Container Services are also not affected by this issue.
