Resolved: The issue affecting our link shortening feature has now been resolved. Users should once again be able to generate shortened links within our product.

Current Status: Link shortening functionality has been restored. We are monitoring the system closely to ensure stability.

Workaround: The previous workaround of manually shortening links via the Bitly website is no longer necessary.

A fix has now been established which Bitly released to Emplifi for testing at approximately 22:00hrs CET on February 17th.
