Unplanned Outage Impacting Download document via Postbox

A misconfiguration has been identified to be causing HTTP 5XX error messages to be returned while calling the endpoint via Postbox which allows end customers to access to documents sent by Solaris has been resolved.

Restoration process is complete and documents will be available to the customers.Services are being monitored in order to ensure everything is being processed under normal circumstances.

Customers attempting to use the services associated to the endpoints during the time of the outage, would have been presented with either generic error messages or specific to each Partner's implementation of the endpoints

The incident is currently being fixed and the document restoration is under process. This incident would impact only those partners who have integrated via Postbox to facilitate document retrieval for their customers
