An Unplanned Partial Outage has been identified for lending services using Idnow QES and loan application creation is stuck. The error was identified and is in the process of being fixed. Partner Impact : - Partner may receive webhook with the information that identification has been completed successfully but loan application state remain unchanged. Customer Impact: : - Customers may experience delay in the progress after completing idNow identification process. Customers wil not experience delay in the progress after completing idNow identification process.
