Outage Details

An Unplanned Partial Outage for change-request Services was been identified to be impacting all associated service which requires 2FA/MFA. The downtime was estimated to last for about 25 minutes starting 17:15 CET. We have applied a quick mitigation and are currently monitoring our systems to ensure everything is being processed within normal service levels. Partner Impact: • 5xx error messages was being returned for all services requiring 2FA/MFA Customer Impact: • Customers may receive error messages on their applications when attempting to perform any action requiring 2FA/MFA Disclaimer: Actual customer impact may vary, depending on each Partner's implementation of Solarisbank API services. An Unplanned Partial Outage for change-request services identified to be impacting all associated service which requires 2FA/MFA has been resolved. The downtime was estimated to last for about 30 minutes starting 17:15 CET. We have applied a fix and the services are running within normal service levels.

Partner Impact:

• No error messages are being returned for any of the services requiring 2FA/MFA

Customer Impact:

• Customers will not receive any error messages on their applications when attempting to perform any action requiring 2FA/MFA
