A Planned Maintenance for Solaris API Services which was scheduled on 23rd of April 2023 between 23:00 - 01:00 CET is impacting some of our services. The below services are still undergoing maintenance which is causing 5XXs errors to be observed by the Partners. We are investigating it and will keep posted about further updates. Expected Partner Impact: Below mentioned Solaris services will experience 5XX errors • account-information • digital-banking • reference-accounts • terms-and-conditions • payment-transfer Expected Customer Impact: • Customers trying to initiate new processes based on our API services (ex: BOOKINGS, BALANCE, SEPA_CREDIT_TRANSFER, INSTRA_CUSTOMER_TRANSFER, TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS_EVENTS etc.) may be presented with a generic error message or experience slowness in the associated mobile or Web applications API Reference Documentation: To understand more about the impacted endpoints please read the following public documentation: • https://docs.solarisgroup.com/api-reference/ We apologize for any inconveniences this planned maintenance may cause. A Planned Maintenance for Solaris API Services scheduled on 23rd of April 2023 between 23:00 - 01:00 CET which was impacting some of our services has been fixed. Services have been monitored to ensure everything is being processed under normal parameters. No further updates will be provided regarding this incident.

Expected Partner Impact:

Below mentioned Solaris services will no longer experience 5XXs errors
• account-information
• digital-banking
• reference-accounts
• terms-and-conditions
• payment-transfer

Expected Customer Impact:

• Customers trying to initiate new processes based on our API services (ex: BOOKINGS, BALANCE, SEPA_CREDIT_TRANSFER, INSTRA_CUSTOMER_TRANSFER, TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS_EVENTS etc.) will not be presented with any further issues/errors
