We would like to provide an update that the Unplanned IDNOW Outage for Identity Service has been resolved. Services have been monitored and all operations are running within normal service levels.
The issue has been resolved, and customers can now retry the identification process. Customers can simply click on the same link, and the identification process will be performed again.
Partner Impact:
• Partners will experience 5XX errors when calling endpoint PATCH /v1/persons/{person_id}/identifications/{id}/request
Customer Impact:
• Customers would see errors while using services which is related to Identity services.
